Mellonhead Labs
Three Labs, each built for a specific audience and outcome.
Leaders Lab (3 sessions)
For executives and senior leaders. Develop calibrated judgment about what today's AI can really do and where it falls short. Learn a repeatable framework for finding and prioritizing AI opportunities, applied first to your own function then across the business. Walk out with a real decision you're ready to act on, with a change-leadership lens to navigate it.
People Managers Lab (5 sessions)
For managers shaping how their teams work. Find AI opportunities in your team's workflows, then decide whether you're optimizing what already exists or redesigning how the work gets done. Define readiness criteria for safe rollout, and lead your team through the change.
Builders Labs (topic-based)
For team members building with AI. Focused short Labs that go deep on one skill at a time: building Copilot agents, building internal tools with AI, evaluating AI outputs, applying design thinking to AI work, and more. Each Lab ends with a working artifact participants built themselves.
How a Lab works
Training alone doesn't build AI capability. People build it by working on their actual problems, with someone to help when they get stuck.
Every Lab is built around three things:
Real work, not exercises. Participants work on actual projects sitting in their queue. The artifact at the end of a Lab is something they'll use Monday morning.
Paired coaching, not lectures. Each participant gets 1:1 advisory time alongside the cohort sessions. That's where the messy questions get answered and the work actually gets shaped.
Async feedback between sessions. Participants apply what they learn to real work between sessions, bring it back for feedback, and refine. The skill builds with the work, not separately from it.
It's "do it with us." Deep enough to shift how the work gets done, light enough that your team carries the capability forward after we're gone.
You walk away with a working agent, skill, or workflow. And the AI capability to build the next one.
AI Curriculum for Everyone
Foundational AI training customized to your industry, policies, and AI tools. Two tracks:
Foundations. Core courses include AI fundamentals, a Microsoft 365 Copilot course (five apps, 2–3 useful tasks per app), and a customized AI policy course built to your organization's guidelines (the "AI @ Your Org" course). An optional Judgment add-on includes two scenario-based courses: AI Ethics and Maintaining Trust.
Skills. Seven blended-learning courses on the AI skills that come up across roles: communicating with AI, brainstorming, extracting data, summarizing, working with data, building presentations, and creating documentation. Each pairs a short self-paced intro with a 90-minute hands-on practice session.
These two work well together. Curriculum builds the baseline literacy. A Lab goes deep where it matters most.
